Traci began her nursing career in 1995 as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a Skilled Nursing Home. During nursing school, she worked as a CNA, Nurse Extern, and Graduate Nurse. Traci’s first RN job was as a House Supervisor at the same Skilled Nursing Facility. In 1999 after obtaining her RN licensure, she transitioned to the operating room where she spent many years as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse and fulfilling on-call duties.

Throughout Traci’s career, it has been her goal to learn many different areas of nursing and experience different settings to foster her own learning and growth in her nursing career. She has enjoyed both staff nurse and nursing leadership positions throughout her 25 years as an RN. In the span of her career, Traci has worked in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, the Operating Room, GI Suite, Dialysis, Oncology and Chemo Infusion, Home Health and Hospice, and most recently in Research.

Traci obtained her MBA with an emphasis on Project Management from Aspen University in 2022. She worked for Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Center working with the Real World Evidence Team in the Research Informatics area. Traci worked daily with medical record review and data curation to compile data for studies. Traci recently returned to the Home Health field with Pinnacle Homecare in Fort Myers.

Traci is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC).
